This year, New Jersey high school students are asked to draft a memo as the attorney representing a school board in response to an alleged bias incident involving bullying and possible racial bias.
Students who submit an essay will have an opportunity to compete in a Black History Trivia Contest during the Annual Black History Month Program on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the New Jersey Law Center.
