Scavenger Hunt to benefit charity is planned for
Friday, March 27, from
2 - 4 p.m. It will be a great way to see the sights, have some fun, give back to charity, and give some love to our gracious sponsors. Your participation is welcome and encouraged. There will be approximately ten teams of ten people on each team. The teams will each have a captain and will be made up of attorneys, guests, judges and sponsors. There is a
registration fee of $50 per person to participate and all registration revenue will be donated to a charity chosen by each team captain.
THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS MARCH 4.
The Scavenger Hunt will have approximately eight locations around Nashville and is sure to be an entertaining way to see the city. Bobby Epstein and Christine Fitzgerald will be organizing the teams and arranging for t-shirts for each participant. If you would like to participate,

Group Rates: Rates are offered three days pre- and post-event, based on availability and are exclusive of
applicable state and local taxes. These include 15.25% + $2.50 per room, per night. Breakfast
daily (based on room occupancy), as well as wireless internet access and use of the pool
and fitness center are included in the room rate.

Room Guarantee: Individual room reservations must be made with a major credit card. A deposit of one
night’s room rate plus taxes will be charged at time of booking.
Check-in/out: Check-in is 4 p.m.; check-out is 12 p.m.
Hotel Room Reservations must be changed or cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any

cancellation that occurs within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit payment of the cost of one-
night room plus taxes. An early departure fee of one-night room and tax will apply if a guest
checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Any individual cancelling room
reservations on or after March 2 may be assessed a cancellation fee by the NJSBA of up to
100 percent of the cost of the room canceled, per night, plus taxes, in addition to the
hotel’s cancellation fee.
