DESCRIPTION: Forensic engineering projects typically result in a written report of findings. During the preparation of a report it is normal that a draft first be prepared for review. The reviewer may include the client, others within the authors’ firm, or selected independent individuals. During the review process, the report content may be altered. Due to recent court cases concerning peer review of expert reports generated following Hurricane Sandy, there is general concern regarding the peer review process which will be discussed during this presentation
