The Public Utility Law Section (PULS) invites you to attend a 1-hour live CLE on Tuesday November 15th, 2022 "Navigating the Water Infrastructure Protection Act" This program will provide an overview of the Water Infrastructure Protection Act, including a review of procedural process and highlighting its practical application.

The section will have a business meeting immediately following the program.

This CLE program is open to all members of the NJSBA Public Utility Law Section.
