Live CLE Credit Requirement Suspended
Effective immediately, the New Jersey Supreme Court has suspended the live credit requirement for continuing legal education credits. Until further notice from the Court, all twenty-four credit hours for the compliance period may be fulfilled via live webcasts, webinars and other alternative verifiable formats

Every year, an increasing number of New Jersey attorneys find themselves facing ethical issues - often without realizing they were inadvertently in violation. And, as a result, the body of law pertaining to legal malpractice continues to develop.

At this year’s program, our speakers will touch upon risk management issues, the recent Cadre case, motions to dismiss for premature filings, shifting the blame to others, expert reports in legal malpractice cases, and once again, we will culminate the program with a legal malpractice court room demonstration. What you learn will help you to protect both yourself and others from potentially damaging malpractice claims.
