Live CLE Credit Requirement Suspended
Effective immediately, the New Jersey Supreme Court has suspended the live credit requirement for continuing legal education credits. Until further notice from the Court, all twenty-four credit hours for the compliance period may be fulfilled via live webcasts, webinars and other alternative verifiable formats

This year’s Conference covers micro-grids, solar energy, and an in-depth discussion with New Jersey’s top policymakers. Attend this program to get up to speed with what you need to know about the most pressing environmental issues of our time!

Topics include:
•	Panel 1: Micro-Grids in New Jersey and Beyond Panel Micro-grids have increasingly become a more vital part of modernizing New Jersey’s electric grid and reducing the State’s overall carbon footprint. In this session, come join the State’s premier micro-grid experts and legislators for a discussion of the State’s recent Town Center Microgrid Pilot bill, the recent report issued from Rutgers and NJIT with support from the NJBPU, https://microgrids.io/wp-content/uploads/Local_Govt_Resilient_Microgrids_Report.pdf, and the State’s overall progress in implementing micro-grids.
•	Panel 2: Fireside Chat with the Policymakers and Energy Leaders New Jersey, especially within the last year, has and continues to lead the way nationally on a number of renewable energy, clean-tech, climate change initiatives. In this session, come join the State’s highest level policymakers for an in-depth discussion of the immediate past State legislative session and the State’s latest policies relative to these initiatives.
•	Panel 3: Solar in NJ and transition program discussion In this session, the panelists will discuss the NJ BPU’s recent approval of the Solar Successor Program and will address several key topics including: - The transition from the existing TREC program to the new successor program and implementation details, - The new two-tier structure of the program, which differentiates between smaller net-metered projects and larger projects, including grid supply, - New project risks to be aware of due to new requirements imposed by the successor program, and - New environmental requirements including siting prohibitions, native plant mixes, and dual-use solar
