About The Program:

This practical program will provide an up-to-the minute analysis of key bankruptcy decisions from 2011 through the present. It will cover cases decided by the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for New Jersey, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for New Jersey, and cases of import decided within the Third Circuit. You’ll hear a concise summary of each key case, plus practice tips and insight on how these recent decisions can impact the bankruptcy proceedings you handle.

The program features prominent bankruptcy attorneys Joseph Schwartz, Esq., Andrew Sherman, Esq., Scott A.
