NEW BRUNSWICK: Leaders in the field will discuss next week how climate change has hit the Northeast and the future of renewable energy practices in New Jersey and the region.
The Renewable Energy Conference will be held on Dec. 18 at Cook College in New Brunswick. Reporters and photographers are invited to attend.
The event will feature public policymakers and business leaders to examine the issues facing the region, including solar, offshore wind, battery storage and micro grids.
The event is being organized by the New Jersey State Bar Association’s educational division, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and will include a discussion with the heads of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut’s green banks, agencies which foster creative solutions between government and private businesses to support low-carbon projects to address climate change.
