Group Rates: Rates are offered three days pre- and post-event, based on availability and are exclusive of any applicable taxes/levies which are currently 4% CBRA levy, 6% NPIPB levy and 7.5% VAT, applicable service fees and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event.

Single occupancy $252.65/night + service fees and taxes
Double occupancy $285.30/night + service fees and taxes

- Porterage/housekeeping at $20.63 per room, per day
- Resort fee of $32.25 per room, per day
Room Guarantee: Individual room reservations must be made with a major credit card. A deposit of one night's room rate plus taxes will be charged at time of booking
Check-in/out: Check-in is 4 p.m.; check-out is 12 p.m.
Hotel Room Cancellation: Reservations must be changed or cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation that occurs within 14 days of arrival will forfeit payment. Any individual cancelling room reservations on or after February 28 may be assessed a cancellation fee by the NJSBA of up to 100 percent of the cost of the room cancelled, per night, plus taxes, in addition to the hotel’s cancellation fee.
