Join us for an interactive discussion on real world lobbying scenarios that unfold in front of you. Lobbyists will ask both legislators and staffers how they handle real world scenarios and let them play out their reactions and engage in an interactive dialogue to better understand how to advocate your client’s issues in Trenton. Learn how they react to certain scenarios, how NJSBA's advocacy affects your practice, how you can better serve your clients through the legislative process and do it all without violating the Rules of Professional Conduct.
