This CLE will provide an overview of corporate immigration, with a focus on the most common types of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions. If you have ever been interested in practicing corporate immigration, this is the introduction you need. We will cover common questions that may arise in a consultation context, and how to best advise clients.
