Hotel Room Cancellation Policy

Individual room reservations must be secured with a valid credit card along with the first night’s deposit, refundable up to 30 days in advance of arrival. Any individual cancelling a room reservation after the group cut-off date (Feb. 27, 2023) may be assessed a cancellation fee by the NJSBA of up to 100% of the cost of the room cancelled, per night, plus taxes, in addition to the hotel’s cancellation fee.

NJSBA Registration Cancellation Policy

All requests for refunds must be in writing. For a full refund of registration fees, requests must be received on or before Feb. 22. A $75 service fee will be deducted from each registration fee for refund requests received from Feb. 23—March 6. If a refund request is received from March 7—18, 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded. Requests for refunds received after March 19 will not be honored. Refunds WILL NOT be processed before April 23.
