New Jersey State Bar Association Task Force on Judicial Independence: Deadline to Submit Comments Set for June 30

The New Jersey State Bar Association’s Task Force on Judicial Independence has held four public hearings. Since April, dozens of members of the legal community and public have addressed this critical issue at hearings held in New Brunswick, Newark, Atlantic City and Camden.
  
Anyone who wishes to submit written materials or comments to further assist the Task Force achieve its goal of issuing a report containing recommendations with respect to preserving the independence of judges of this state should do so by June 30.
