About The Program:

NJICLE is pleased to offer a mortgage foreclosure review seminar. For attorneys new to mortgage foreclosure, as well as those who are more seasoned in this area of law, our panel of experienced real estate attorneys will bring you up to date on what you need to know when handling a mortgage foreclosure case.
Our program will begin with a review of the basics of New Jersey foreclosure law, procedures, and related cases. After setting the foundation for the program, the panel will delve into a discussion of up-to-date issues including surplus funds, orders for additional sums, as well as the current status of the mortgage mediation program.
Join us as three Presiding Chancery Judges, the Honorable Paul Innes, the Honorable Anne McDonnell, the Honorable Arnold L. NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.

NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.0 credits (50 minute hour), including 1.0 ethics/professionalism credits.

PA CLE: 2.5 substantive and 0.5 ethics credits pending ($12 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)

NY CLE (t&nt): 3.0 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits
