About The Program:

This popular and highly-acclaimed program is being offered by NJICLE for the eighth consecutive year.

Join this panel of distinguished community association practitioners and consultants for a program that analyzes key issues faced today by community associations. The discussion will include current and controversial topics such as Airbnb and other short term rentals, financing by community associations and purchasers of homes in communities, developments in construction defect litigation, a federal law update, and mortgage foreclosure reform legislation.

The lunchtime presentation will be a discussion among attorneys, a property manager and an insurance professional on dealing with nor’easters and similar events upon communities.
