Every summer approximately 150 family lawyers come to the Law Center to attend an information- packed two-day program, which reviews almost every aspect of family law practice.

There's something for every family lawyer at the Family Law Summer Institute. Those just starting out benefit from hearing a large and authoritative panel of matrimonial attorneys and judges discuss how to conduct client interviews, deal with adversaries, and negotiate, settle and try cases. Experienced attorneys benefit from hearing fresh insights and nuanced perspectives about how to handle complicated and ethically challenging problems that often arise in family practice.

The Institute provides attendees with an opportunity to interact and learn from speakers who devote most of their professional lives to family court matters. NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 15.8 hours of total CLE credit.
