• The Basics: What is commercial arbitration and how does it differ from
litigation? You’ll also hear discussion on the interplay between New
Jersey and federal arbitration laws including a brief note on
nondomestic/international arbitration.

institutional vs. ad hoc arbitration and incorporation of institutional
rules, lex loci arbitri and arguments surrounding the location of
