About The Program:

Every year, an increasing number of New Jersey attorneys find themselves facing ethical issues - often without realizing they were inadvertently in violation. And, as a result, the body of law pertaining to legal malpractice continues to develop as well.

Avoid becoming another statistic--gain knowledge on how to effectively protect against ethics grievances and legal malpractice in 2023.

At this year’s program, our speakers will touch upon reviewing the merits of a potential legal malpractice case, the recent Wade case, dealing with the difficult client, exposure of the criminal defense bar to legal malpractice, attorney client privilege and legal malpractice, and once again, we will culminate the program with a legal malpractice demonstration. What you learn will help you to protect both yourself and others from potentially damaging malpractice and ethical claims.
